Virtual suspension development real-world cost reduction

To optimize the development process, Ford uses TESIS DYNAware’s Suspension Toolbox to completely parameterize suspension models from K&C test rig measurements in an automated fashion. The data from existing vehicles are used as a basis for improvements and further development of vehicle dynamics. An automated and validated process of suspension model generation guarantees fast results and reduced costs.
